• Vận hành nhiều máy, theo dõi quá trình sản xuất và đảm bảo máy hoạt động bình thường.
• Xác nhận sản phẩm đầu tiên, kiểm tra chất lượng trong quá trình sản xuất và báo cáo hàng lỗi.
• Ghi báo biểu sản xuất, nhập sản lượng và thực hiện bàn giao ca đúng quy định.
• Có quyền dừng máy ngay khi phát hiện bất thường về máy móc, nguyên vật liệu hoặc chất lượng sản phẩm.
• Phối hợp với bộ phận kỹ thuật trong việc điều chỉnh thiết bị, thông số, quy trình và cải tiến công việc.
• Tiêu chuẩn sản lượng cho nhân viên mới:
• Tuần 1: Giai đoạn thử việc / học việc
• Tuần 2: Đạt 70%–80% sản lượng tiêu chuẩn

• Thực hiện vệ sinh, bảo dưỡng máy và bàn giao ca cuối ca làm việc.
