The technician is responsible for operating automated machinery, monitoring production quality, and performing daily maintenance to ensure output targets are met. They must also document production data, report anomalies, and coordinate with technical teams for process improvements.
Candidates should have basic machine operation skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately. Experience with automated equipment is preferred, along with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Thực hiện công việc theo đúng quy trình thao tác chuẩn nhằm đảm bảo máy móc vận hành ổn định, chất lượng sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu và sản lượng đạt mục tiêu.
• Phối hợp với các điều chỉnh kỹ thuật, cải tiến quy trình và sửa đổi thiết bị theo sắp xếp.

• Thực hiện kiểm tra máy trước khi khởi động, xác nhận thông số và bảo dưỡng hằng ngày.
• Vận hành nhiều máy, theo dõi quá trình sản xuất và đảm bảo máy hoạt động bình thường.
• Xác nhận sản phẩm đầu tiên, kiểm tra chất lượng trong quá trình sản xuất và báo cáo hàng lỗi.
• Ghi báo biểu sản xuất, nhập sản lượng và thực hiện bàn giao ca đúng quy định.
• Có quyền dừng máy ngay khi phát hiện bất thường về máy móc, nguyên vật liệu hoặc chất lượng sản phẩm.
• Phối hợp với bộ phận kỹ thuật trong việc điều chỉnh thiết bị, thông số, quy trình và cải tiến công việc.
• Tiêu chuẩn sản lượng cho nhân viên mới:
• Tuần 1: Giai đoạn thử việc / học việc
• Tuần 2: Đạt 70%–80% sản lượng tiêu chuẩn
• Tuần 3: Đạt 90%–100% sản lượng tiêu chuẩn
• Sau khi làm việc độc lập: Hoàn thành mục tiêu sản lượng hằng ngày theo tiêu chuẩn quy định
• Chỉ số KPI:
• Đạt mục tiêu sản lượng hằng ngày
• Tỷ lệ xác nhận sản phẩm đầu tiên chính xác 100%
• Ghi báo biểu và nhập sản lượng đầy đủ, chính xác, đúng thời gian
• Báo cáo và tách riêng hàng lỗi kịp thời
• Dừng máy và báo cáo xử lý ngay khi có bất thường
• Hoàn thành 100% việc vệ sinh, bảo dưỡng và bàn giao cuối ca

• Ghi báo biểu định kỳ, nhập sản lượng kịp thời và hoàn thành mục tiêu sản xuất.
• Dừng máy và báo cáo ngay khi có bất thường; phối hợp xử lý và cải tiến khi cần thiết.
• Thực hiện vệ sinh, bảo dưỡng máy và bàn giao ca cuối ca làm việc.
