Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within existing systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure that solutions are scalable and meet evolving business requirements. Utilizing modern development methodologies, the engineer actively participates in refining and enhancing software functionalities to deliver high-quality, efficient outcomes that support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards related to SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to meet organizational requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within SAP GRC.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP GRC implementations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
