Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering and over 5 years of experience in automotive seating design and launch. Proficiency in Teamcenter/NX and strong knowledge of injection molding and validation processes are essential.

This role will be responsible for the design, development, and release of world-class seating systems and components. Additionally, the DRE ensures compliance with performance, cost, and timing objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of all seating components along with interfacing commodities such as interior cockpit, trim, restraints, body, and electrical.
