The Quality Engineer is responsible for maintaining customer quality standards, performing PPAP submissions, and conducting capability studies. They will also lead continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot assembly issues, and perform internal quality audits.
Candidates must possess a bachelor degree with 3-5 years of related experience in a quality manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft products and knowledge of automotive quality tools like SPC, PFMEA, and Control Plans are required.
