The Drywall Estimator II is responsible for performing quantitative takeoffs, establishing labor productivities, and managing material pricing for construction projects. They will also handle contract administration, participate in bid reviews, and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in construction estimating, specifically with specialty scopes like drywall and framing. Proficiency in estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff and strong analytical skills are required for this safety-sensitive position.
Job Description
Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced Drywall and Framing Estimator II for its Albany, NY # 576 operations based in Malta, NY. This individual will be responsible for estimating PCI scopes of work.
Job responsibilities include:
Salary range: $93,000 to $124,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
This position is safety-sensitive.
