Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure and design projects for the National Park Service and other federal agencies. Manage project lifecycles from proposal through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, or a related field with over 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary land development projects. Experience with federal public-sector clients and NEPA processes is strongly preferred.
Join VHB’s dynamic Land Development team and play a key role supporting one of our premier federal clients, the National Park Service, as well as other federal land agencies and public-sector clients. As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary planning, design, engineering, and infrastructure projects that support the stewardship, preservation, and enhancement of national parks and public lands.
Working closely with clients, technical leaders, and multidisciplinary project teams, you will manage projects from proposal through delivery while ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations are achieved. This role requires a collaborative leader who can successfully coordinate engineering, landscape architecture, planning, environmental, and technical teams while building strong client relationships and delivering successful project outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a project management professional who enjoys managing complex projects, developing solutions for public-sector clients, preparing proposals and cost estimates, and contributing to meaningful projects that enhance public spaces and communities.
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 for Virginia. This offer is determined based on a number of job-related factors including internal comparators, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities and geographic location.
