The Billing Specialist is responsible for preparing and submitting complex invoices for engineering projects, primarily focusing on cost-plus fixed fee contracts. This includes collaborating with project managers to validate supporting documentation and maintaining accurate billing records in Deltek Vantagepoint.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of billing experience in an A/E/C or professional services environment and an associate or bachelor's degree in a business-related field. Proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint and a strong understanding of project accounting principles are highly preferred.
