We’re now looking for Business Offer Manager who will lead our Low Voltage Molded Case Circuit Breakers & Final Distribution portfolio for the Taiwan market, based in Taipei.

What will you be responsible for?

· Acting as the primary business interface advocate and decision maker for product marketing strategy and execution.

· Developing and implementing annual marketing plan and/or strategic plans to push product, solution and services.

· Deploying offer pricing strategy, monitoring its implementation, controlling the results.

· Working closely with sales managers in order to ensure that strategic objectives are achieved.

· Conducting market research and business development.

· Creating the data-driven decision-making processes in product marketing sphere (pricing, stock management, competition analysis).

· Delivering trainings and presentations for internal and external audiences.

· Working with regional Business Development team and Global Offer Managers to drive offer refresh through product launch and product withdrawal processes.

What will help you to be successful?

· Degree in Electrical Engineering / IT or Computer Science / Electronics.

· Additional degree in Management / Marketing would be highly appreciated.

· 3-5 years of experience in marketing in B2B field, strong knowledge in pricing and offers management; business development skills.

· Good knowledge of Marketing fundamentals (4Ps). Willingness to think outside the box and try new things.

· Understanding of power distribution equipment / solutions (LV/MV) desirable.

· Familiarity with Taiwan power distribution market would be a big advantage.

· Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills are necessary. Good presentation skills.

· Very comfortable in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

· Ability to work in a matrix organisation environment with frequent interaction with Cluster top management.
