The Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of data center construction projects, managing contractor communications and daily site activities. They are responsible for ensuring project compliance, budget tracking, schedule adherence, and effective stakeholder reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates must have significant experience in ground-up construction project management within mission-critical or data center environments. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required, along with proficiency in project management software and strong financial acumen.

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team as a key contributor to the successful execution of data center construction projects, working closely with the Project Director and/or Senior Project Manager to coordinate contractor and vendor communications while overseeing day-to-day project activities. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to operate with both strategic awareness and tactical precision in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
The salary range for this full-time role is $140K-$180K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
