Ben jij een ervaren werktuigbouwkundig specialist met veel kennis en interesse in rotating equipment? Vind je het leuk om technische vraagstukken te analyseren, onderhoudsactiviteiten te coördineren en als expert collega’s en contractors te ondersteunen? Dan is deze functie bij Air Products iets voor jou.
Als Machinery Field Engineer ben jij de technische autoriteit op het gebied van rotating equipment binnen onze productielocaties in Nederland en België. Je richt je op het verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en prestaties van kritische installaties zoals compressoren, turbines en pompen.
Hoewel je regelmatig aanwezig bent in het veld, ligt de nadruk van deze functie niet op het zelf uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden. In plaats daarvan coördineer je werkzaamheden, analyseer je technische problemen en werk je samen met onderhoudsteams, contractors en leveranciers om tot de beste oplossing te komen.
Je speelt een sleutelrol tijdens turnarounds, equipment shut downs, projecten en storingsanalyses en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste technische standaarden worden uitgevoerd.
Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor alle vraagstukken rondom rotating equipment.
Coördineren en begeleiden van onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitgevoerd door interne teams en externe contractors.
Ondersteunen bij installaties, modificaties en inbedrijfstellingen van nieuwe apparatuur.
Analyseren van storingen en identificeren van structurele verbeteringen om de betrouwbaarheid van installaties te verhogen.
Adviseren van operations-, maintenance- en projectteams over technische oplossingen.
Beoordelen van onderhoudsplannen, inspectierapporten en technische documentatie.
Ondersteunen van turnarounds en equipment shut downs.
Toezien op naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
Beheren en actualiseren van technische documentatie.
Je bent betrokken bij een breed scala aan kritische installaties, waaronder:
Procesgascompressoren en bijbehorende besturingssystemen
Stoomturbines en andere industriële turbines
Cryogene expanders en pompen
Industriële pompen
Tandwielkasten (gearboxes)
Koeltorens
Diverse warmtewisselaars (shell & tube, luchtgekoelde warmtewisselaars etc)
Overige roterende equipment binnen onze productieplants
Een technische opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechanical Engineering of vergelijkbaar.
Aantoonbare ervaring met rotating equipment binnen een industriële omgeving.
Ervaring met onderhoudscoördinatie, reliability engineering of technische ondersteuning.
Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe technische problemen op te lossen.
Ervaring met contractors, leveranciers en multidisciplinaire projectteams.
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
Bereidheid om productielocaties in Nederland en België te ondersteunen.
