The swim instructor will teach weekly lessons to children of all ages while ensuring a safe and encouraging environment. They are responsible for building positive relationships with students and parents while maintaining safety protocols in and around the pool.
Candidates must love working with children and possess strong communication and safety-minded skills. Previous teaching or swim experience is considered a plus, but not required as paid training is provided.
