The Admissions Counselor manages the conversion of qualified applicants to enrolled students through inbound and outbound call center operations. They provide comprehensive program counseling and maintain detailed student records while meeting specific performance indicators.
A bachelor's degree is preferred along with 1-2 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service. Candidates must demonstrate a Christian commitment consistent with the university's mission and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

The environment for this position is a blended inbound and outbound call center. This position is expected to demonstrate effective professionalism and extraordinary customer service while communicating and managing prospective students and applicants of Regent University.
Work Location: Virginia Beach, VA [capability of remote work in case of inclement weather]
Salary: $40,000 annually
