The Therapeutic Behavioral Support Provider will deliver individualized behavioral interventions to students within a special education setting to help them develop coping, social, and emotional skills. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, therapists, and families, to reinforce treatment goals and maintain accurate service documentation.
Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor's degree in a behavioral health or human services field and possess relevant experience working with children or adolescents with disabilities. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage challenging behaviors, and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
RFS Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and engaging Therapeutic Behavioral Support Provider (TBSP) to provide behavioral health support to students within a Special Education (SPED) school setting in Toledo, Ohio.
This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for working with youth who may have behavioral, emotional, developmental, or social needs and understands the importance of meeting each student where they are.
As a SPED TBSP, you will work directly with students while collaborating with families, school personnel, therapists, and other members of the treatment team to help students develop the skills they need to be successful at school, at home, and in the community.
