Prepare and maintain student class schedules and attendance rosters.
Coordinate all student academic testing, including scheduling, administration, scoring, and interpretation of assessments.
Ensure testing environments and procedures comply with Department of Labor (DOL) and company requirements.
Maintain the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of student testing records and data.
Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure students are appropriately scheduled and tested.
Monitor attendance records and assist with academic reporting.
Provide administrative support to the Education Department.
Foster a positive, organized, and student-centered environment that supports the success of opportunity youth.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of student records.
Experience working with youth, education, or workforce development programs is a plus.
