The computational biologist will develop and implement bioinformatics tools and pipelines to support research on RNA decay processes. They will also oversee the processing, management, and analysis of next-generation sequencing data within a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline. Proficiency in R, Python, and Linux/Unix environments, along with experience in NGS data analysis, is required.
