Requires a High School Diploma or Vocational Trade Certificate along with 3-5 years of facility maintenance experience. Must possess a Building Certification, EPA Universal HVAC License, and a valid driver's license.

Essential Functions
The Building Engineer will perform preventive and routine maintenance and repairs on building and systems; including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general building repairs, moving furniture, equipment, life safety and associated system and other duties as assigned. The Building Engineer will work closely with the Director of Facility Operations to ensure reliable operations of building system, physical appearance and security of Universal facilities.
