The Ambassador engages, equips, and empowers coaches and athletes to fulfill the FCA vision through discipleship and spiritual leadership. They are responsible for recruiting volunteers and ensuring ministry activities adhere to biblical standards and FCA policies.
Candidates must agree with and abide by the FCA Christian Community Statement and maintain a spiritual rhythm of prayer and Bible study. They must be active in a local church and conduct themselves according to biblical standards.
The Ambassador serves 15 hours or less each week in a defined area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values. In the FCA Sports Environment(s), the Ambassador implements a consistent approach to discipleship -- making disciples who make disciples. The Ambassador is accountable for ensuring that the FCA ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adheres to FCA policies and procedures.
