The Pilates Manager acts as the department's business leader, responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving financial goals, and fostering a positive team culture. They oversee staff performance, manage hiring processes, and ensure a superior member experience through high-quality Pilates services.
Candidates must hold a comprehensive Pilates teacher certification with at least 400 hours of training. Strong leadership, sales, and organizational skills are required to manage department operations and staff development effectively.
