As an Adobe Campaign V8 Consultant, you will help businesses unlock the full potential of their customer data, translating complex requirements into scalable campaign solutions. This role goes beyond execution—it’s about influencing how companies build long-term customer relationships, optimize engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes through advanced campaign orchestration. 

How your day-to-day work will look like: 

• Design and implement end-to-end campaign solutions using Adobe Campaign V8, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives. 
• Translate business and marketing requirements into technical workflows, data models, and campaign logic, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams. 
• Build and optimize data segmentation, personalization strategies, and audience targeting to enhance customer engagement and lifecycle marketing.  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, data, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver integrated and seamless campaign execution. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance challenges, continuously improving system efficiency and reliability. 
• Drive best practices in campaign governance, data quality, and compliance, ensuring adherence to privacy regulations and organizational standards. 
• Contribute to the evolution of the MarTech stack by identifying opportunities for automation, innovation, and process optimization. 

This would make you the ideal candidate: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  
• 5+ Years of experience working with Adobe Campaign or similar campaign management platforms. 
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (preferably V8), including workflow design, data schema management, and campaign execution. 
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Analytics, Journey Optimizer). 
• Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL) and data manipulation within marketing platforms. 
• Experience building and managing multichannel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.). 
• Familiarity with data integration concepts, APIs, and ETL processes. 
• Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into technical campaign solutions. 
• Solid understanding of customer data, segmentation strategies, and personalization techniques. 
• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
