Position Summary

The candidate will have the opportunity to learn the main practices and strategies related to the management of online sales. You will support the E-Commerce Customer Team in the implementation of eCommerce strategy by customer to accelerate online performance.

She/he will monitor and understand sales and digital shelf performance to support business decisions.

A day in the life of…

• Support eCommerce Development Manager in Click & Mortars Plans development and implementation, in allignment with overall business and eRetailers strategies;
• Provide regular eCommerce performance reporting and analysis, leveraging on different data sources (Nielsen Connect, Stackline, Keepa, online store check…) which help to understand dynamics and take decisions;
• Support digital shelf perfect execution supporting eContent creation, implementation at eRetailers sites and continous improvement.

• Passionate about Digital and eCommerce;
• Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point;

• Italian mother tongue and advanced in English.

Our Selection Process

Step 1:

Meeting with HR – Talent Acquisition → Motivational and Attitudinal Assessment 
An introductory conversation focused on your motivations, your academic and extracurricular experiences, and your interest in sustainability-related topics and corporate management.

Step 2 – Business Interview (Role & Business Case)

Meeting with the Line Manager / Tutor to explore the role and the eCommerce context.

You will work on a business case based on eCommerce data (e.g. performance, digital shelf), with the goal of identifying insights and proposing actions.

This step assesses your analytical skills, understanding of eCommerce drivers, and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Step 3:

Feedback 
You will receive feedback at the end of the process, regardless of the outcome.
