Acts as the interface between R&D business units and Global IT to capture and manage digital solution demands. Responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications and supporting the implementation of R&D software and AI initiatives.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Statistics, or Biotechnology with 2-3 years of IT experience in the Life Sciences or Pharma sector. Must have knowledge of GxP/GAMP5 frameworks and experience with R&D software such as eTMF or Veeva.

Scope of the Role
The IT Engineer – R&D acts as one of the interfaces between the R&D business units and the Global IT organization. This role is responsible for capturing, assessing, prioritizing, and managing business demands related to digital and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment between R&D strategies and IT capabilities, fostering innovation and driving value through technology.
