Il team Sales Operations è la spina dorsale operativa della macchina commerciale: definiamo i processi, costruiamo gli strumenti che il team vendite usa ogni giorno, automatizziamo ciò che si ripete e teniamo insieme i sistemi che fanno funzionare le vendite.
Come Revenue Operations Analyst sarai al centro di questa macchina. Il cuore del ruolo è l'eccellenza operativa: ottimizzare i processi commerciali, produrre analisi e reportistica affidabile, supportare le decisioni del management con i numeri giusti. Lo stesso sguardo analitico ti porterà a lavorare su ciò che muove davvero la revenue, da come prezziamo le nostre soluzioni a come pianifichiamo e misuriamo le iniziative commerciali, fino a come premiamo chi vende.
Cerchiamo una persona che sappia leggere i numeri in modo critico verso il business, non un tecnico che si limita a far girare modelli. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con Head of Sales Operations, management e team cross-funzionali (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product).
· Progettare, ottimizzare e documentare i processi commerciali end-to-end.
· Sviluppare e mantenere reportistica e dashboard utilizzate quotidianamente dal management e dai team operativi.
· Definire e presidiare metriche e KPI di vendita, garantendone coerenza e affidabilità.
· Analizzare l'andamento commerciale individuando trend, anomalie e leve azionabili, e tradurre i risultati in raccomandazioni concrete su processi, prezzi e strategie di mercato.
· Supportare il design, la simulazione e il monitoraggio dei piani di incentivazione di booker e seller, valutandone l'impatto sui comportamenti di vendita e sui risultati.
· Contribuire alla pianificazione e alla misurazione delle logiche di pricing e delle iniziative di go-to-market, portando il punto di vista dei dati nelle decisioni.
Cerchiamo prima di tutto una persona di business che sa usare i dati. La capacità di interpretare, contestualizzare e raccontare ciò che i dati dicono conta più della pura padronanza tecnica.
· 1-3 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, consulenza o equivalenti, preferibilmente in contesti ad alta intensità commerciale.
· Solida padronanza di Excel.
· Familiarità con strumenti di business intelligence (Power BI, Tableau o equivalenti).
· Comprensione di logiche di processo commerciale e di metriche di vendita.
· Conoscenza di SQL e Python è un plus, non essenziale.
· Pensiero critico e curiosità verso il business: davanti a un numero, la prima domanda è "cosa significa per noi?".
· Capacità di sintesi: trasformare un'analisi complessa in poche conclusioni che il management può usare.
· Pragmatismo e orientamento al risultato.
· Ottime capacità relazionali e di comunicazione con interlocutori non tecnici.
· Spiccata autonomia operativa e proattività; capacità di lavorare in un contesto dinamico e in rapida evoluzione.
