How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service to our clients while driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing client relationships and growing your portfolio by providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions.
• Negotiating with insurers to secure the best coverage and terms that meet client needs.
• Handling renewals, preparing submissions, and ensuring timely issuance of policy documentation.
• Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborating with internal teams and fostering strong working relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including maintaining CPD hours and adhering to codes such as CPC, AML/TF, and F&P.
• Providing expert advice to clients on policy wordings, conditions, and exclusions.
