The team you will be part of

The Digital Marketing Team is the engine behind data-driven growth for our brand partners across Southeast Asia’s eCommerce landscape. Specializing in performance marketing across marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada & TikTok, we focus on the entire 360-degree customer journey and build better digital experiences at each stage of the funnel. From media planning to real-time optimization and analytics on Meta, Google & Programmatic, the team partners closely with clients to unlock the full potential of eCommerce marketing—turning insights into action, and clicks into conversions.

The part you will play

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to be based in Ho Chi Minh City, who can drive forward our marketing services as a critical part of Intrepid’s overall business. This person will own the relationships with a variety of our leading Brand partners, manage best-in-class digital marketing and execute campaigns that are aligned with our client’s objectives and help them seize the full potential of e-commerce-driven digital marketing.

Marketing Services include paid performance marketing, e-commerce platform ads, and social commerce for our clients.

As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will take charge of

• Competitor Analysis: Conduct analysis of competitors' marketing and creative strategies to identify market gaps and refine brand strategy.
• Full-Funnel Media Planning: Develop strategic, full-funnel media plans across digital, social, programmatic, and e-commerce marketplace channels to maximize awareness and conversion.
• Media & Creative Optimization: Evaluate creative and campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize channel allocation and ROI.
• Campaign Execution & Monitoring: Manage day-to-day ad setup, monitoring, and optimization, collaborating closely with regional teams and external partners for full-funnel campaign objective
• Stakeholder Communication: Present media strategies and insights directly to clients and maintain effective collaboration with local and regional teams.
• Campaign Reporting: Analyze performance metrics of campaigns to deliver comprehensive comment for on-going & post-buy report
• Mentorship: Mentor and train some junior/intern team members to prepare them for their next career level.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• 3+ years of experience building multi-channel media plans & optimizing ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, Ecommerce: Shopee/Lazada/TikTokshop).
• Proven experience tracking and analyzing competitor ad spend, creative formats, and marketing activity
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Strong understanding of mapping KPIs to different stages of the consumer funnel.
• Strong client-facing presence and experience managing account expectations.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex performance data for brand stakeholders.
• Prior experience coaching or managing at least 1–2 junior executives.
• Proven ability to upskill team members on execution, reporting, and client handling.
• Confident presentation skills to pitch and defend media strategies to senior regional leadership.
• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
