Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead and manage large FP&A operations, ensuring consistent delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations across budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Drive yearly financial planning and monthly forecasting processes, covering revenue, costs, headcount, capacity utilization, and efficiency targets. Review performance dashboards and conduct variance analysis, presenting financial insights and recommendations to clients and senior leadership. Manage stakeholder relationships by providing accurate, client-wise financial reporting and insights into key business drivers. Oversee team performance by setting goals, monitoring outcomes, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented to achieve financial targets. Act as a people manager—leading hiring, coaching, structured learning paths, and building a high-performance FP&A team. Identify and drive process improvements, leveraging advanced Excel tools, automation (Macros/VBA), and analytics to improve efficiency and accuracy.
