Candidates must have at least one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting and experience working in a high-volume environment. A valid Serving it Right BC certification is required, and applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

This is a full-time, permanent position, beginning in November 2026.
The Food & Beverage Captain will be responsible for assisting the Management Team with the daily operation of Fairmont Chateau Whistler's outlets, maximizing service delivery in all areas of the department.
Starting Rate of Pay: $20.55 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months, and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.25
Visa Requirements: To progress with your application, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
