Assists Hub Room Supervisors in setting up events, posting race/sports results, and
changing odds. Coordinates communications between hub room and satellite
properties.• Sets up events, posts results, sets up odds for all betting wagering events
• Assists Supervisors with data entry, research and reporting
• Assists Supervisors with line changes and odds-making
• Ensures all computerized betting systems are functional
• Notifies appropriate personnel of any outages
• Troubleshoots with vendors
• Ensures mobile app wagering is functional
• Communicates results/reports to Management daily
• Protects company assets
• Works front line of Race and Sports book when necessary
• Provides excellent customer service
• Communicates wagering information to satellite properties
• Knowledge of odds and sports betting
• Extensive knowledge of sports and horse racing
• Extensive knowledge of sports data feeds
• Extensive knowledge of computerized risk management systems
• Decision-making skills in high pressure situations
• Experience with Windows/EXCEL/Word
• Basic computer skills including typing ability
