As a trusted partner with a proven history in mission technology, KBR collaborates closely with clients to develop innovative and effective solutions. With a strong ethical framework, KBR prioritizes data security, privacy, and responsible information management to ensure mission success.
KBR is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist (Evening Shift: 1–9 PM) to support student management and accountability operations at SWESC/Naval Station Great Lakes. This is a full-time, onsite role where you’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting requirements, and assisting with student coordination. You’ll work closely with civilian staff, government contractors, and active-duty personnel to support communication, scheduling, and administrative processes across training activities.
Schedule: Full time. Shift: 1:00 pm. – 9:00 pm.
Other Notes: Position is onsite. May require frequent travel between assigned buildings; candidate must provide their own transportation (no base transportation available). May require walking between buildings (potentially 1–2 miles) and working in inclement weather. May require stair use in multi-floor buildings without passenger elevators.
Basic Compensation: $21/HR-$30/HR. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
