You monitor and manage contract renewals for subscription and long-term rentals, proactively addressing payment issues or overdue subscriptions
You onboard premium customers to our long-term products, explaining processes and benefits clearly and efficiently
You communicate with both SIXT branches and customers primarily via email, keeping all parties informed and supported
You coordinate the internal ticket system, creating, tracking, and resolving service requests in a timely manner
You use tools like Jira and Confluence to document, report, and manage workflows efficiently
You identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a seamless experience for both branches and customers
Experience You have 2–3 years of experience in operational support or a similar role, with no specific industry background required
Communication You communicate clearly and professionally in writing, especially via email, and are comfortable interacting with both internal teams and customers
Organizational Skills You are proactive and able to independently monitor, prioritize, and follow up on multiple issues at once
Tools & Systems You are confident coordinating ticketing systems and are familiar with tools like Jira and Confluence — basic Excel skills and comfort with simple data sets complete your profile
