The Customer Experience Ambassador is responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets while delivering excellent customer service. They must perform product demonstrations, manage cashiering functions, and ensure accurate processing of subscriber documents.
Candidates are expected to comply with shift schedules, attendance policies, and training requirements. They must also maintain a clean, compliant workplace and effectively resolve after-sales transactions.

Responsibilities:
Sells all products and services to walk in customers.
Performs product demonstrations.
Accept, screen, evaluate and approve of documents received from subscribers,
Practice timely and efficient customer delivery thereby achieving targets for the entire team
Complies to agreed shift schedules.
Complies to attendance policy including pre approval of OT availment.
Keep his/her own workplace always clean, compliant to established 5S standards
compliant to the established policies set by the company.
Execute functions as required by Iris system policies and procedures (i.e. perform cashiering functions including payments, accept and sell postpaid/prepaid stocks allocated by the Inventory Custodian).
Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of after-sales transactions.
Encode in all transactions that are passed on to other support groups, whether at the Head or Regional Office.
Ensure proper monitoring and timely transmittal of all subscriber documents to the Credit Library.
Able to function as custodian or cashier as the need arises
