The Operational Key Account Manager will provide premium, personalized service to key accounts while managing and nurturing long-term client relationships. They will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions and identify new business opportunities to increase account share.
Candidates must possess a college degree or higher and at least 5-7 years of experience in key account management or a similar senior role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required, along with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
