The Poker Dealer is responsible for managing poker tables, collecting bets, and exchanging currency for chips while ensuring a fun guest experience. They must maintain table safety and security while adhering to local gaming laws and internal controls.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming License. While six months of dealing experience is preferred, no prior experience is necessary as training is provided.
