The Custodial Shift Leader is responsible for safely performing contract custodial duties and ensuring high-quality customer service. They must oversee tasks assigned by management and maintain a willingness to learn all aspects of the job.
Preferred experience includes one year in custodial or related services and the ability to pass background screenings. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The Custodial Shift Leader is responsible for safely performing contract duties as assigned by management. Quality customer service is expected to be provided at all times. Knowledge and willingness to learn all aspects of the job is a requirement of the position.
Experience: One (1) year of experience in custodial or related services is preferred.
May travel to and from various locations and buildings throughout the year and in various weather conditions. Most work will take place indoors. May work with cleaning chemicals. Will be required to follow the Emergency Operations Work Assignment per customer requirements. Schedules are subject to change. May require working early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, and/or evening hours, as well as weekends and holidays.
While performing this job's duties, the team member is regularly required to bend, crouch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, reach above head, sit (to drive), and lift up to 40 pounds. Will occasionally be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds. May be required to remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snow shovels or snowplows.
