The Store Manager is responsible for supervising the store team, driving sales growth, and managing loss prevention processes. Key duties include setting sales targets, maintaining store standards, and recruiting a high-performance team.
Candidates need at least 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

The Role:
As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the direct supervision and development of the management and store team. You will lead, manage, and ensure the maximization of sales growth in your store. You will also be accountable for the loss prevention processes in the store including participation in prevention strategies and investigations.
This is a new store location therefore the selected Store Manager will be trained and developed in one of our lower mainland locations until the store set-up begins.
Other duties include:
Compensation: Generally, the hiring range for this position is $58,000 to $62,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
