Key Responsibilities:
Perform Treatments: Deliver various types of massages, facial treatments, and wellness therapies.
Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of treatments performed on each guest.
Communicate with Guests: Adjust massage techniques as needed based on guest feedback.
Sanitize Work Areas: Ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized, and treatment rooms are clean and ready for use.
Recommend Services: Explain treatments to guests and provide suitable recommendations.
Promote Products: Suggest and promote retail products and additional services.
Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years in massage therapy or a related field (required).
Proficiency in body massage, facials, and skincare.
A great attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Certification as a Massage Therapist or in a related field (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
