Kako bismo efikasno upravljali visokim brojem prijava za ulogu podajnog savetnika, koristimo onlajn metodu procene za regrutaciju koja se zasniva na veštinama u okviru neke od naših prodavnica. Potrebno je da je popuniš kao deo prijave i skrininig procesa. Tvoji odgovori će biti ocenjeni od strane alata za procenu koji primenjuje prethodno definisane kriterijume koje postavlja H&M Grupa.
