Requires at least 2 years of personal lines account manager experience in an independent agency and an active Georgia Property & Casualty License. Proficiency in agency management systems, specifically Applied Epic, and strong customer service skills are preferred.

We are a full-service independent insurance agency seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to support our Insurance Producers in the sales, placement, and servicing of Personal Lines accounts. In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of each client's insurance needs while maintaining expertise in carrier rating programs, underwriting guidelines, and coverage options.
You will play a key role in marketing and placing new and renewal business, managing client accounts throughout the policy lifecycle, and delivering exceptional service to clients, carriers, and agency partners. This is a hybrid position offering both in-office and remote flexibility.
