Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the German Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria. This role is an excellent entry point into the vibrant tourism sector, where you will provide high-quality support to customers, ensuring seamless vehicle rental experiences for international travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support to German-speaking clients within the tourism and travel sector.
• Manage reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with precision and a service-oriented mindset.
• Provide expert guidance on vehicle selection, rental agreements, and insurance coverage options.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently to maintain high satisfaction ratings in the tourism industry.
• Coordinate with international rental hubs to ensure vehicle availability and client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of rental transactions using industry-standard CRM tools.
• Promote additional travel services and upgrades to enhance the customer's journey.
• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation for our jobs in Bulgaria.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing world-class service in the tourism industry.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital communication platforms.
• Previous experience in tourism, travel, or car rental services is considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
