Als stagiair op de Onboarding-afdeling speel je een belangrijke rol aan het begin van de klantreis. Jij helpt klanten om succesvol van start te gaan met hun online producten en diensten.
Begeleiden van klanten bij de implementatie van websites en online marketingproducten
Klantcontact onderhouden (telefonisch en online) en de juiste informatie ophalen voor een sterke onboarding
Meedenken met klanten en oplossingen bieden die aansluiten bij hun doelen
Websites ontwikkelen en optimaliseren (gebruiksvriendelijkheid, structuur en content)
Verbeterpunten signaleren in prestaties en gebruiksgemak
Ondersteunen bij vragen en (lichte) technische issues
Meekijken naar kansen om klanten verder te helpen groeien
