Description
As a manager in the Worldwide Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team, you will lead a senior team of individual contributors and drive program management for the SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will own global program management, including program budget and communications, change management, and capital planning. You will empower the team to drive various facets of program management in the SAP S/4 transformation journey in Apple’s complex supply chain, while demonstrating the values of WW Operations BPR.
The ideal candidate will have successfully led senior teams, demonstrate a passion for developing talent, possess deep program management experience, operate effectively with minimal direction, be motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. Strong leadership experience in managing global, multi-functional complex programs is a must for this role.
Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. This individual should also have strong communication, influencing, delegation, organizational, analytical, project management, and leadership skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization. You are willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.
You will be responsible for driving overall program management of one of the most complex multi-year programs in Operations. You will be accountable for the program management, leadership updates, communications, budget, capital planning, and organizational change management. You will have the managerial responsibilities for a team of Sr. Program Managers.
Success requires an individual to think strategically, connect the dots to the bigger picture, influence successful outcomes, and manage a team of high-performing individual contributors. Candidates must be self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal direction in a global, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment. The candidate should have prior management experience, a maniacal attention to detail, and a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like Computer Science & Engineering.
10+ years of experience leading senior teams and responsibility for a diverse project/program portfolio.
5+ years of experience managing complex transformational corporate programs, budgets, organizational change management, and executive reporting.
Experience with Supply Chain processes, preferably in Quote to Cash, in high-tech / consumer electronics / retail industries.
Proven track record of leading strategic programs, combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasks.
Strong experience with stakeholder management, program design/management, and change management as it relates to evolving ERP project management best practices
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at multiple levels of cross-functional organizations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt one's style to the audience's level.
Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and development life cycles.
Proficient at leading multiple efforts simultaneously in a global capability, including working with international teams.
Excellent leadership skills that enhance team effectiveness.
Proven ability to lead teams; natural leader and motivator, leads through empowerment and influence.
Motivates team members to produce work product of the highest quality with minimal review by supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications
MS (in relevant fields such as Computer Science & Engineering) or an MBA is desired.
Prior consulting experience with Big 4 Consulting Firms is desirable, but not required.
Six Sigma and PMP certification are a plus
