Your role

You will support clients in transforming their Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes through innovative, technology-driven solutions. Working as part of a dynamic consulting team, you will contribute to large-scale finance transformation projects, helping design and optimize processes, implement digital tools, and deliver measurable improvements. Your work will directly impact how organizations operate, enabling more efficient, automated, and future-ready finance functions.

Your tasks

• Support finance transformation projects across P2P, contributing to deliverables for internal and external clients
• Contribute to target operating model, process design, and technology assessments
• Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ESOAR, benchmarking)
• Prepare process documentation, business requirements, and solution designs
• Gather and analyze data to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
• Support and co-lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Collaborate with client SMEs and internal teams to deliver project outcomes
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies (e.g., automation, GenAI) and recommend improvements

Your profile

• You bring 5+ years of experience in P2P (Accounts Payable, Master Data, Payments, T&E) with strong process knowledge
• You have experience in process documentation and mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio, BPMN)
• You are familiar with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle
• You understand P2P supporting tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, OpenText, Kofax)
• You demonstrate a continuous improvement and innovation mindset, including awareness of automation and GenAI
• You communicate clearly and confidently, with experience in presentations and stakeholder interactions
• You are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in project-based environments with client exposure
• You have strong collaboration skills and build effective relationships with clients and team members, with fluent English
