🔎 Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a talentoso/a SEM Specialist para integrarse a nuestro equipo en Madrid.
Identificar las necesidades, problemas y oportunidades de los clientes, ofreciendo soluciones para mejorar sus cuentas.
Detectar y aprovechar oportunidades de negocio (up selling/cross selling)
Gestión y optimización en base a inisghts de campañas SEM
Creación de informes y proveer de análisis cualitativos y cuantitativos basados en los resultados.
Crear y presentar propuestas estratégicas a clientes y potenciales clientes
Construir una sólida relación con el equipo del cliente.
Eres estratégicx con una mentalidad analítica y disfrutas trabajando con datos.
Manejas herramientas como: GA4 y Google Merchant Center Next.
Tienes experiencia en campañas full funnel en Google Ads
Te mantienes actualizadx con las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas en SEM
Tienes experiencia con Search Ads 360.
Tienes experiencia demostrable en Excel/Spreadsheet
Cuentas con al menos tres años de experiencia gestionando campañas SEM.
Tienes experiencia en la creación de informes automatizados y dashboards como Looker Studio
Posees conocimientos en Analítica App (Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer)
Has gestionado y optimizado campañas en Bing Ads y/o Amazon Ads.
Cuentas con las certificaciones de Google Ads y/o GA4
Tienes conocimientos en GTM.
Uso avanzado de herramientas de medición y atribución como Google Analytics 4, Floodlights y otros sistemas integrados.
Tienes un espíritu internacional y es un plus si puedes comunicarte con fluidez en inglés (hablado y escrito). Cualquier otro idioma será valorado (ruso, italiano, francés, portugués, polaco, árabe...).
Posees increíbles habilidades interpersonales y un enfoque entusiasta y práctico.
