Your Role

• Manage end-to-end processing of Certificates of Origin and Long-Term Supplier Declarations (LTSD/LLE);
• Determine preferential and non-preferential origin for complex products;
• Analyze Free Trade Agreement rules and provide internal guidance;
• Coordinate directly with suppliers for technical clarifications;
• Ensure data accuracy in ERP and perform regular compliance checks;
• Actively support customs and trade compliance audits. 

Your Profile

• Good command of spoken and written English and German - minimum B2 level;
• 1-3 years of experience in customs, foreign trade, or export compliance;
• Proficiency with electronic CO systems and supplier declarations
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex data;
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
