As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Experience with user interface design and integration within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
