As a Senior Associate- Brand Governance, you will engage in a dynamic role within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on brand management, marketing, and sales. You will collaborate to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and capture new business opportunities. Your role will involve conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and executing creative campaigns to engage clients and promote the firm's services.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to ask questions and grow. Responsibilities

- Developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth
- Conducting market research to inform marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels to engage target audiences and promote the firm's services
- Analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement
- Collaborating with internal teams to validate brand consistency and align marketing strategies with organizational goals
- Utilizing digital marketing tools and CRM software to enhance client interactions and capture consumer insights
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support brand governance and marketing objectives
- Leveraging creativity and strategic messaging to develop compelling content and promotional strategies
- Monitoring market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions and adapt to changing business contexts
- Supporting the development of communication strategies to effectively reach and engage diverse audiences

What You Must Have

- At least a Graduation / Post graduation or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
