- 0-3+ years of experience in economic role within a project setting, ideally with exposure to cross-functional teamwork
- Professional project management certifications are desirable (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or similar). A certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) can also be beneficial
- Basic understanding of project management principles, including project lifecycle, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Basic knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies is advantageous, depending on the organization's preferred approach
- Proven ability to work effectively in team settings, ideally with some exposure to cross-functional project work
- Experience in tracking progress, managing schedules, and coordinating small project components or task lists
- Basic data analysis skills to support project reporting, with the ability to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Knowledge of Business Plan and Profit and Loss study, in maritime and port sector
- Knowledge of data collection and analyses of figures inclusive of predictive analytics
- Knowledge of cost-effectiveness and cost benefit analyses is an asset
- Computer skills: Full command of office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with other relevant technology and procedures (e.g.: web-based databases and other statistical applications) to collect, organize, share and use information
- Language Knowledge: fluency in Italian and English, French knowledge will be considered as a strong plus
