Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly across various systems and applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with different teams to enhance existing components and build new functionalities. Working within an agile environment, the engineer focuses on delivering scalable and efficient software that meets evolving business requirements, ensuring high performance and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies related to cloud-based services.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions that meet business needs.
- Familiarity with API management, data transformation, and error handling within integration platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
