The technician will conduct pre, during, and post-construction assessments for facility services including roofing, masonry, and waterproofing. They are responsible for documenting daily observations in written reports and communicating effectively with site contractors and project managers.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 2-5 years of relevant experience. Professional certifications such as WACEL, ACI, or AWCI are preferred, and the candidate must have reliable transportation for job site visits.
