Buscamos un/a Senior Python Developer para liderar la construcción y evolución de las librerías base que utilizan los distintos equipos de desarrollo de la organización. Serás responsable de diseñar componentes reutilizables que permitan acelerar el desarrollo, mantener estándares de calidad y reducir la complejidad técnica del ecosistema Python.
Además del desarrollo, tendrás un rol de referente técnico colaborando con distintos equipos, promoviendo buenas prácticas y acompañando la adopción de las soluciones que construyas.
Diseñar y desarrollar librerías reutilizables
Diseñar APIs simples, mantenibles y escalables.
Desarrollar SDKs, clientes HTTP/gRPC, componentes de autenticación, observabilidad y utilitarios compartidos.
Definir estrategias de versionado y compatibilidad siguiendo Semantic Versioning (SemVer).
Publicar y mantener paquetes en GitHub Packages.
Garantizar calidad técnica
Implementar pruebas automatizadas utilizando pytest e Hypothesis.
Mantener altos estándares de cobertura y calidad de código.
Aplicar herramientas como Ruff, Black, isort, MyPy y pre-commit.
Gestionar seguridad de dependencias mediante Bandit, Dependabot y herramientas de análisis estático.
Automatizar el ciclo de desarrollo
Diseñar pipelines de CI/CD con GitHub Actions.
Automatizar procesos de testing, build y publicación.
Definir estrategias de release y versionado.
Impulsar observabilidad
Incorporar trazabilidad mediante Open Telemetry.
Implementar logging estructurado y métricas que faciliten el monitoreo de las librerías.
Ser referente técnico
Acompañar a los equipos que utilicen las librerías.
Participar en discusiones de arquitectura cuando las soluciones impacten transversalmente.
Promover estándares de desarrollo, documentación y mantenimiento.
Colaborar en la reducción de deuda técnica y evolución de la plataforma.
Más de 6 años desarrollando soluciones backend con Python.
Experiencia diseñando componentes reutilizables o frameworks internos.
Experiencia trabajando con equipos de desarrollo de manera transversal.
Experiencia en Python 3.10 o superior, AsyncIO, Type Hints avanzados, Pydantic, Packaging con Poetry o Setuptools, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQ, REST APIs, GitHub, testing automatizado con Pytest.
Formación en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Software o carreras afines.
Inglés técnico.
Experiencia en GitHub Actions, GitHub Packages, gRPC, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Hypothesis, MyPy.
